the hotel sits in an excellent location, just a short walk to the duomo and major attractions. the staff were polite and provided useful information about the area. my room included air conditioning and a refrigerator. the beds were also very comfortable, i rested WELL.
my room lacked a bidet, a slight inconvenience . the furniture did look a little old.

the staff were always ready to help and gave good recommendations for local spots. they explained everything i needed, to get around and enjoy the area. this made settling in very simple.

the hotel enjoys a prime location. it is steps away from the main piazza and very close to popular attractions. i liked to go back and forth throughout the day.

the location is great! it is a short walk to the duomo. the staff were cute and friendly. i found it a good value for a central spot. i could easily walk to any location within the city.

the location was great. it allowed easy access to many sites.
The room felt dated. the bathroom was not directly connected to the room. Accessing it required stepping into the hallway at night. the shower was weak. The water trickled out.

The staff were very cute and they cleaned the rooms daily. The air conditioning unit worked very well and had a temperature control. It gave a welcome relief from the heat , the rooms were always cleaned and the bathrooms were always kept tidy.
It still functioned as expected despite being a bit dated.

i noticed slightly thin walls i could hear some hallway noise.
