convenient stay near duomo
perfect location useful information comfortable beds air conditioning
the hotel sits in an excellent location, just a short walk to the duomo and major attractions. the staff were polite and provided useful information about the area. my room included air conditioning and a refrigerator. the beds were also very comfortable, i rested WELL.
my room lacked a bidet, a slight inconvenience . the furniture did look a little old.

the staff were always ready to help and gave good recommendations for local spots. they explained everything i needed, to get around and enjoy the area. this made settling in very simple.

the location is great! it is a short walk to the duomo. the staff were cute and friendly. i found it a good value for a central spot. i could easily walk to any location within the city.
the shower head was not properly working.

Excellent Central Location
cute staff temperature control daily cleaning tidy bathrooms
The staff were very cute and they cleaned the rooms daily. The air conditioning unit worked very well and had a temperature control. It gave a welcome relief from the heat , the rooms were always cleaned and the bathrooms were always kept tidy.
I found that the elevator could benefit from modernization , I think it would improve the guest experience. It still functioned as expected despite being a bit dated.

the location was GREAT it was very close to the duomo. the staff was friendly azzurra gave helpful tips. she was accommodating i also appreciated the map explanations.
i noticed slightly thin walls i could hear some hallway noise.

central location helpful overview spacious room
i loved that the location was central! it made exploring so easy. the host gave a helpful overview of the area, explaining where to find the best spots. i also appreciated the spaciousness of the room!
the street noise was quite noticeable. it made it a bit difficult to sleep soundly at night.
